Nadia Van de Ven is an actress and producer, fluent in French, English and Italian.

Born in Denmark (Copenhagen), but mainly grew up in Holland, France and Italy.

Being part of a very artistic family, with actors, musicians, painters, writers…

she's always been surrounded by Art, and while she was doing her

language school in Milan, at 16 years old, she decided to become

an actress and went straight to Hollywood.

Nadia stayed in Los Angeles for 2 years doing acting classes,

then left for Paris to attend the bilingual theatre school,

Acting International, where she studied Shakespeare, Tennessee Williams,

Chekhov, Meisner, Improv, Clown… She played lead roles

in the schools projects, including Ophelia in Hamlet, Beatrice in

Les Amants Malefiques.

After graduating, she booked her first lead role in a professional play ("1953")

and became a member of the World Wide Act Theatre Association.


She then got booked on TV shows, films, commercials, for 3 years then

moved to Amsterdam where she continued working on TV series and films.


In 2005 she returned to Hollywood, started her own production company

(Sogni Productions) with which she right away produced the play "A Perfect Life"

by Rebecca Mor. Then produced her first sitcom pilot "Melting Pot".

Her next project as a producer is a screen adaptation of the play "1953" by Craig Raine.

 

She currently is working on projects in Europe.
